  • How to choose the right shoe size?
    Sizes may vary slightly depending on shoe styles, which is why we recommend that you measure your feet and refer to our Size Guide which you will find on the page of each item or here for pumps and here for sandals and mules If, despite everything, you are hesitating between two sizes: - regarding sandals and mules, choose your usual size, - regarding pumps, choose a size smaller than your usual size.
  • My size is not available, what can I do?
    If your size is not available, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will take note of your wishes to try to make the shoes of your dreams come true as quickly as possible.
  • In which countries can I order?
    You can place your order from any country. However, for countries located outside the European Union, delivery costs will be calculated and applied when validating your order.
  • Do I need to create an account before placing an order?
    Yes, creating an account is an essential step to place an order. It will only take you a few seconds. All your data will be secure and treated with complete confidentiality.
  • Is it possible to modify my order?
    Yes, if the product has not yet been sent. Send us an email to contact@mvse.store to let us know your wish for modification.
  • Is it possible to cancel my order?
    Yes, if it has not yet been sent. Send us an email to contact@mvse.store specifying your request. However, if your item has already been sent, please refer to our returns policy.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept payments by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), and PayPal.
  • Can I pay in several installments?
    Yes, payment in 4 installments free of charge is possible with Paypal. Simply choose this option when confirming your order.
  • Is delivery free?
    Delivery is free for shipments to France and any country in the European Union. For the rest of the world, delivery costs will be calculated and applied when confirming the order.
  • Will customs fees be applied?
    For shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs fees may be requested upon receipt of your item. To find out more about the precise amount that will be claimed from you, we invite you to inquire in advance with the competent authorities in your country.
  • How long will it take me to receive my package?
    All packages are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 48 working hours, to which must be added a delivery time: - to mainland France, the delivery time is estimated at 3 working days after dispatch, - to the French Overseas Territories, the delivery time is 5 to 7 working days after dispatch, - to a country in the European Union, the delivery time is 3 to 5 days after sending. - for the rest of the world, the delivery time fluctuates between 5 to 15 days after sending.
  • How to return a package?
    Items ordered must be new and in perfect condition to be refunded. If the returned product is visibly worn, we will unfortunately not be able to refund it. In this case we will send you the package one last time. Return Procedure To return a package, send us an email to contact@mvse.store explaining precisely the reason for the return accompanied by photos. If the return is validated by our Customer Service, a return label will be sent to you by return email which you will then need to stick on the package in order to send it back to us. You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return. No return request will be accepted after this period . From receipt of the return label, you will then have 14 days to return your package to us.
  • Are returns free?
    Returns are your responsibility, however in the event of an exchange, the second delivery will be free.
  • When will I be reimbursed?
    Refunds are made within 30 days of receipt of your returned package.
