We are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional shopping experience, which is why we have designed shipping and returns policies that are transparent and easy to understand.
Delivery Policy
Our packaging is carefully prepared to ensure the protection of the shoes during transport.
We deliver free of charge in mainland France and Europe. For other countries around the world, delivery costs are clearly indicated during the ordering process.
Shoes are shipped within 24 hours of ordering. Delivery times are between 3 and 5 days for mainland France and Europe.
Returns & Exchanges
To avoid damaging the sole, please carry out your first fitting on a carpet or rug. In the presence of brands, we will not be able to provide refunds or exchanges.
You can return any unworn item within 14 days of receipt of your order, in its original packaging (boxes, accessories, protections, labels, etc.)
To avoid additional taxes or fees, please send an e-mail in advance to contact@mvse.store in which you specify your request as well as your order reference.
Returns are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of an exchange, the second delivery will be free.
Upon receipt of your item, and after verification by our Quality Department, we will exchange it immediately or provide a refund within 30 days.
